Andre brings over 15 years of cross-industry expertise to CretMark. Through his Academic background in Fine Arts, Media studies and Social work, he has had many opportunities to work in cross-functional leadership roles. However, it is his entrepreneurial experiences and his insightful ways to scale a business that truly sets him apart with the ability to navigate complex operations, optimize organisational structures, enhance workflows, and implement risk mitigation strategies -- all while maintaining efficiency under strict deadlines and budgets. As an innovative leader with formidable knowledge of people, tools and platforms, his hands-on approach to business ensures that CretMark continues to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations, driving the team toward success and offer better business solutions

Leroy brings over a decade of luxury sales expertise from North America to CretMark, seamlessly merging high-value sales with innovative digital solutions. His background in managing large-scale projects and orchestrating events has him leading the sales team. Equipped with a sharp mind from his ongoing pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts, he proves you can balance work and study—though coffee is often involved. His ability to cultivate partnerships ensures that CretMark clients thrive in the fast-paced digital world.

Technology Head
Jeba Nadar is an tech guy with over 12 years of web technology experience. Jeba provides all the project management and task management activities at CretMark. Jeba is the key personnel who manages technical architecture and design of the project; holds overall accountability for technical design and implementation integrity. Jeba organizes the development team and coordinate the development schedule with the Project Manager. Jeba participates in SRS document development, responsible for TSD and WFD documents, scheduling, and execution of implementation.
